Please Note regarding Live Breaks/Rip & Ship:

  • Any products purchased under Rip & Ship category will be opened on the live stream and shipped to you after opening.
  • Troy makes all attempts possible to keep viewers updated on their position/eta during the streams, but cannot make guarantees on the time that your product(s) will be opened. Tune in at the start of the live stream to ensure you see your break.
  • The products will not be sealed when you receive them, they have alreadybeenopened.
  • The Live Break will be available on Troy’s Twitch Channel once the stream ends, and uploaded to Troy’s Youtube Channel as soon as we’re able to, typically the next day. If you miss your break during the Live, check Youtube the next day.
